I ordered multiple orders of the WTF “Wine Time Finally” tumbler in purple ..
1st order was 13 cups in the purple, they did not come out as deep tone in the custom people or the color purple of the cup, HOWEVER they were still
Nice and the ladies loves them!
2nd order was for a new lady who joined the group the cups came out half purple and half white. I reached out via email and after going back and forth showing pictures and all, they kindly sent me a new/corrected cup and this 2nd/3rd shipment is even WORSE!! It’s still half purple and half white and it doesn’t even wrap around the tumbler completely, you can barely read the name and even the texture is different. I reached out multiple times again and no answer.
I have spent a lot of money with the company or various orders even outside of this particular order and would like a response to correct my purchase.

Today as I wrote this review they sent me another cup and it’s just as ordered !!!!
I am back to being a Loyal customer !!
I only gave a 3 because of the error and back and forth if I would have originally got the correct cup they would have been 4 or 5 💜

I gave this tumbler as a christmas present to a friend, we took the tumblers for a new year trekking, we had a celebration on Dec 31 and on January 1, the tumbler was still with ice unmelted! amazing! my friend loves so much her tumbler that it is at her living room as decoration!!!

Love these cute cups. Just in time for our Bora Bora trip. Friends recently ordered a few after seeing ours. No complaints at all. We use these for EVERY vacation and they’re always conversation starters.
Six of my friends and I are heading to Maui next week and we ordered 7 of these tumblers. I haven't used my wine tumbler yet, but as you can see from the picture, the words aren't legible at all. This is disappointing. I also ordered the large water tumbler, which I have used and the mermaids face on the left of the picture is already scratched after two light uses and hand washing. I wanted to love these but I'm a bit disappointed in the quality.
